1. Full Refund Within 24 Hours

  • You can cancel your order and get a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • How to do it: Email support@euvapeshop.com with your order number.


2. Refund Requests After 24 Hours

  • After 24 hours: Your order is usually already being prepared for shipping or sent to customs. We cannot give a full refund.

  • Partial refund: We can refund 50% of the order amount (shipping and customs fees will be deducted).


3. No Refunds After Shipping

  • Once a tracking number is created, your order is considered shipped, and refunds are not allowed.


4. Wrong Address or Delivery Problems

  • If the address is wrong or the package cannot be delivered due to your error:

    • You pay for reshipping costs.
